When will I receive my order?

Normally, it takes 3 to 7 days to process an order before shipping it. Delivery times depend on your location and are estimated as follows:

  • Europe: 6 - 8 business days
  • USA: 3 - 4 business days
  • Australia: 2 - 14 business days
  • Japan: 4 - 8 business days
  • International: 10 - 20 business days

It's difficult to predict exact shipping times. You can track the production times of our products and add extra days for shipping: Tip: Fill out the table and update it based on our page with updates about processing times. Enter the product categories you sell in your store so your customers know the time frames for different products.

Where is my order shipped from?

We partner with an on-demand company that processes orders with facilities around the world. Depending on your location, orders are processed and shipped from the facility that can do so most efficiently.

Will I be charged customs fees for my order?

For international orders, additional customs and tax fees may apply. These fees are beyond our control and are determined by the local customs office. Customs regulations vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office directly to check if there are duties and taxes on your purchases.

My order should have arrived by now, but I still haven't received it. What should I do?

Before contacting us, please help us by:

  • Checking the shipping confirmation email for errors in the delivery address. Read Printful policies that you can copy for your store.

  • Asking at your local post office if the package is there.

  • Checking with your neighbors to see if the courier left the package with them.

If the delivery address was correct and the package was not left at the post office or with your neighbors, please contact us at [insert your support email here] with your order number.

If you have found an error in your delivery address, we can send a replacement order, but the shipping will be at your own expense.
